The client is awful but the games are cheaper than steam.Also some games don't work properly on steam that work perfectly on origin.Example. Battlefield 1&5

This provider is the worst I have ever had you can’t get trough on phone and they ignore my emails my speed is between 12 and 16 less than half of what I should be getting keep away from this provider

Game didn't launch at first but on the 2 day after contact with customer service the game finally worked.

I've never had an issue with Origin. I bought 3 new sims packs yesterday which once again all went smoothly. Highly recommend using origin.

Terrible refund policy. The Origin client itself works fairly well, but if you try a game for 5 minutes, and don't return it within 24 hours, you don't get a refund. EA should adopt Steam's policy of letting you try the game for 2 hours before stopping refunds. I am unable to play my game due to issues with the performance of the VR version.

The launcher is a little bit clumsy, other than that, there are no problems with it.

Origin is super good that was my childhood and Electronic arts Maxis too i love Sims 4, Spore, and all expansion, game and stuff packs to sims 4 and also all expansions to Spore i always wanted to have Sims 3 and Sims 2. i have Sims 1 but oh those memorys i cant play sims 1 anymore, its old and isnt compatible with Windows 10. and all mods to Sims 4 and Spore the only thing problem, i have had with Origin was that it was missing msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll but that did i fix. I Love you Maxis, EA and Origin you together created my childhood.

You guys need to stop updating origin so often.I'm tired of having to delete my mods and reinstall ALL of them for them to be in the game. smh

From my experience of using Origin, there isn't many things to say about it because I literally love their games the sims and its easy to find things you're looking for etc other games but a feature they need to add and I'm suggesting is a feature that allows us to sell an origin game just by one-click for example if someone like me doesn't like a game and they made a mistake of buying it they could always refund/ sell it.

I mean its okay, I have not touched any of the other games except Spore and The sims 4/3. The games can be really cheap at times which is really nice and its easy to navigate.
